$SACA is a Telegram-based clicker game where players earn SwimPower (🌊) by clicking and progressing through different eras. The Game includes:

• Free-to-play clicker gameplay
• Optional in-game purchases using TON cryptocurrency
• Advertisement viewing for rewards
• Era progression system
• Upgrade mechanics

3. User Accounts

The Game is accessed through Telegram. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Telegram account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. In-Game Purchases

Important: All purchases are made using TON cryptocurrency and are final and non-refundable.

• Purchases are processed through TON Connect
• You must be 18+ or have parental consent to make purchases
• We are not responsible for TON network fees or transaction failures
• Virtual items have no real-world value

5. User Conduct

• We are not responsible for loss of progress or virtual items
• We do not guarantee future token value or returns
• Cryptocurrency investments carry risk - only spend what you can afford to lose

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or virtual items
